Ingredients
Part 1: Crust
1 cup finely crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Part 2: Filling
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup coarsely chopped chocolate sandwich cookies
Steps
1: Heat oven to 325
Part 1: Crust
1: Mix crumbs, and butter, press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Part 2: Filling
1: Beat cream cheese sugar, vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing at low speed after each addition, just until blended.
2: Fold in chopped cookies; pour over crust.
3: Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around the rim of the pan to loosen cake. Cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate sandwich cookies, cut in half, and mint leaves. 12 servings
