Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 eggs

Steps

1: Mix cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla and spices at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.
2: Pour into crust.
3: Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with Whipped Cream and chocolate dipped pecans. 8 servings.
